Die Casting
Die casting machines include 200 tons - 8 tons for Zinc alloy and 650 - 250 tons for Aluminum alloy, smelt furnaces and automatic feeding equipments with operators in various die casting parts.
Injection Molding
Including 200 tons - 50 tons horizontal machines and 50 tons vertical injection molding machines. Being capable of producing parts in PP, ABS, PU, POM, Nylon, various combinations with fiber, UV resistance additives and color matching.
Stamping
Be equipped with mechanical presses with the capacity of 200 tons - 3 tons, bender, adequate coil feeders and straighter with operators and technicians. The capable of producing parts are brass, steel and stainless steel.
Machines
Technicians operating for mills, drillers, lathes, tapping machines, welding are upon request.
Deburring and Polishing
Deburring equipment such as part washers, vibratory deburring machines and dual head polishing.
